Confirmed: Rockstar will offer a printable map of Leonida and a cover art poster as a free download on November 19, 2026. A double-sided paper version costs $0.99 on the Rockstar Store.

Past Grand Theft Auto games shipped with a paper map in the box. GTA 6 will not. Push Square and Digital Citizen report the details. We could not reach Rockstar's own post from our sandbox, so we rely on them.

What Rockstar announced

On November 19, Rockstar will add a printable cover art poster and a map of Leonida to its website. Both are free.

A double-sided paper version will be sold on the Rockstar Store "shortly after launch," per Push Square. It costs $0.99 on its own. It is free with any other Rockstar Store purchase.

Not in the box

Push Square reports that the physical "code in a box" editions do not include the map. Our pre-load story covers that boxed format. One outlet says Rockstar has not confirmed whether any edition ships with the poster. Treat the exact edition details as reported, not final.

Not confirmed: an exact on-sale date for the paper map. "Shortly after launch" is all we have. Some players have criticised the charge. That is opinion, not news.

What the map shows

Rockstar has not said how detailed the poster is. Do not assume it matches the final in-game map. For what has been shown so far, read our guide to the map of Leonida.
