Rockstar's third major trailer, after December 2023's "Vice City" reveal and May 2025's "Jason & Lucia," is a 90-second video focused on the two leads.
What it shows
- Jason's past: the trailer says Jason got into trouble while in the army and didn't leave on good terms.
- Jason and Lucia as a couple: the trailer centers on their relationship and ends with the two of them jumping from a balcony together.
- Action: heists, fistfights, gunfights, motorcycle stunts, police chases, and Lucia jumping from a speeding car onto a moving plane.
The music
The trailer debuts "Flower In A Hurricane", a new song from French duo Justice featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. Rockstar also confirmed that Justice composed GTA 6's original score, the music that plays during missions and in the open world, and said a score album is coming. This is separate from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album.
Wasn't there a "Trailer 3" in August?
The August 27 Extended Look was a 26-minute gameplay presentation, not a numbered trailer. The October 15 video is Rockstar's official launch trailer, which most fans count as the third proper trailer.
