Confirmed: On October 8, 2026, Rockstar revealed the first six in-game radio stations in GTA 6, with hosts. For the first time in the series, radio and new on-demand podcasts can be played on foot through in-game earbuds and headphones connected to Jason's and Lucia's phones.
The six stations
| Station | Genre | Hosts |
|---|---|---|
| Flash FM | Pop hits | Robyn and Alex |
| Back Country Radio | Classic country and outlaw country | MW and Delta Dawne |
| Cocoteo FM | Modern Latin hits | El Martillo and La Gata |
| The Chamber 106.6 | Hard rock and speed metal | DJ Kerry and DJ Tom (Slayer's Kerry King and Tom Araya) |
| Afro Bank FM | Amapiano and African hits | Burna and Palmsy |
| Dirty South Classics | Southern rap and hip-hop classics | Trick and Trina |
Bad Bunny is among the hosts revealed in the announcement. Rockstar called these the first six stations, so expect more at launch. GTA 5 shipped with more than a dozen.
What's new: listening on foot and podcasts
In earlier GTA games, radio only played inside vehicles. In GTA 6, Jason and Lucia can listen while walking around through earbuds or headphones paired to their phones. Rockstar is also adding on-demand podcasts made for the game's world.
Different from the album: the radio stations play licensed and in-world music. Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album is a separate release of 34 new original songs.
