Why this report is worth taking seriously

Why we're still calling it a rumor
It hasn't been officially announced, and Rockstar's history points the other way. GTA 5 reached PC about 18 months after consoles. Red Dead Redemption 2 took about 13 months. A gap of roughly four months would be a big change. That's possible, but we won't mark it confirmed until Rockstar does.
